SHIPPING POLICY

LOGISTICS PARTNER

We will dispatch your order within 3-4 working days through courier services which take 4-8 working days to deliver your orders. We provide parcel transportation, warehousing, freight, reverse logistics, cross-border and technology services.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 6 - 8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Ships to addresses within the India and Indian Territories.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

We are liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim (especially the top of the jar with lip and collar).

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We don’t follow return policy but we do replacement. Once verified that damage is unintentional replacement will be provided. Please keep packaging materials and damaged goods (especially the top of jar with lip and collar) for verification. Replacement can take 10-15 working days after verification is done.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the India.
